I am in Tallahassee, FL. I have received judgement against a person. Have been unable to locate asseets. Would like to find a bank account, if possible. Would you please give me advice on this.

This is the hard part -- many judgements are never collected. In most states you can take the testimony of the judgment debtor in "supplementary" of "post-judgment" proceedings. Or try banks in the local, or hire an asset locator to help you.
