What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I am in the process of divorce. The marriage was 7 years. I have a 401 that I contributed to beforethe marriage. No contributions were made during the marriage. Are dividends and interest accrued duringthe marriage considered marital property or my separate property?

If I solely had contributed to the 401K (and not her) would those funds be considered marital property?

If you never touched it - never added money or withdrew money, it should remain separate property.
