Finally got something, I had to open it in explorer.
Active Bench Warrant, but I don't know what for.
Formal Arraignment was scheduled on 04/10/2006.

If I had to guess, it is FTP. That is so NOT going to look good for him. If he shows up watch for that to become an active case. The easiest place to arrest someone is a courthouse. With all those guns and sheriff's deputies. Bring that to the court's attention and ex goes directly without collecting $200. Just remember -- DUCK AND COVER!

Ok to they have satisfied the statutes by issuing a bench warrent so there will be no problem with SOL running out, but apparently he wasn't served yet, thus inactive until he is served, arrested. You best be calling the evaluator today and what are you going to do about visitation until your May court date?

Yep!
That section I found about "inactive" cases also stated they could not be found to serve, sooooo, should I mention this, they'll serve and/or arrest him there I'm guessing?

I'm still going down tomorrow.
It lists the paper I could view as page 1 of 4.
So there are 3 other pages it doesn't allow me to view.
The warrant was issued on Feb. 15 and STILL hasn't been served?
WOW!

The full scenario that I am getting:

Filed Feb 15 - Initiated Feb. 15 for initial serving.

Formal Arraignment was scheduled for April 10
(I believe he was a no-show)

Bench Warrant was issued just on April 18 and now a judge is assigned.

So the original case # with the CR letters is there and now there is another # with the letters BW (bench warrant) with the new April 18 filing.

Well you don't want your child with him when he gets arrested and you don't want your child with him if he decides to flee, it sounds like you might want to get a TRO pending the hearing to suspend visitation, the evaluator's reccommendation would be helpful with this. You might want to doenload the forms and have them filled out so after you get all 4 pages you can then go to the court for the TRO with evidence in hand.

Truthfully, I would call the sheriff's department and tell them that he has a hearing on such and such a day at such and such a time before so and so.

But if he is arrested in court then there is no problem. Because KIDS DO NOT BELONG IN COURT!
