assult and battery

I was working, taking pictures at a wedding when thr33 drunk girls attact me.. they left me with bruises to the upper arm and bit marks,I made a report at the fremont ind. police dept, were they took pictures of my arms.. I was woundering if I could make them girls take an aid test and a hepititis b test? and Could I sue for money damages.. ?

You can definitely sue for damages (medical costs, lost income from having to leave wedding, damage to reputation for leaving job undone, battery, etc). Talk to the prosecutor & ask him/her to make a hepatitus/HIV test part of any plea bargain. If the case goes to trial, you'll get to speak at sentencing & ask the judge to order the tests. I don't know if a civil court judge has the power to order the women to take the tests.
