I am at a complete loss. My Grandmother helped me to buy a manufactured home at the end of December, we had property to put it on. I still as of today do not live in this hom and won't be able to until it is ready. In two weeks they keep telling me. This is not the problem though. The problem is I have been receiving mortgage payments since January. I have payed two of them, however I can't afford rent at the place I currently live and a mortgage payment for a house that isn't even mine yet. Is it legal to do this?
I can't get the man that sold me the house to return my calls, his coworkers tell me he is the only one that can help me and that is all I get. Should I contact a lawyer, would it solve this problem? I am unsure. Please help. Thank you.

Sincerely,
R.Cook
