i've been married for 17 years in the state of texas, we have no children. 15 months ago i began having an affair with someone else. my spouse learned of this and we have been separated (living separately) for 10 months. we both make approximately the same amount of money per year. since i moved out i have supported her financially. this person that i have been having the affair with moved in with me about 3 months ago. my wife is ready to file for divorce and says that if she can prove that this person and i are living together that she will receive 70% of our community property. my question is can she receive more than the general 50% if she is able to prove that i am living with someone else?
