OK i'm not sure if i am in the right one but here goes please help desperate i took on AT&T 7/7 offer in march i spoke with 4 Representitives on seperate occasions and they all said that i could keep my International carrier as SNET as they were giving me a better deal and they would transfer my local and state to state... this morning i received a phone bill for $328 with calls to England for $1.69 per minute ....... I phoned the company and spoke to 3 people and they said that there is nothing they can do.. to adjust the cost of the bill... but why should i pay the bill for there mistake 4 representives all said i could keep my SNET as my long distance carrier it seems to me as if they are more concerned about getting customers than caring about them... I am in Connecticut USA and need advice as to what i can do i told them that a manager had better call me before 12pm tomorrow any help gr8tly appreciated..
