hAS ANYONE READIN THIS BEEN SUED BY ATT UNIV CARD VISA, I STOPPED PAYING THEM 1.5YRS AGO AND THEY STOPPED CALLING, COULD THEY HAVE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME WITHOUT ME KNOWING ?

SAME THING WITH FIRST USABANK/BANK ONE NOW i HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM IN ALMOST A YEAR, STOPPED PAYING BECAUSE I WAS OUTTA MONEY AND UNEMPLOYMRNT BENEFITS, COMMENTS? ADVICE , ANY INPUT ?
