What age does a child have to be to say I want to live with the other parent when for years the other parent has been in control and has been left that way only because of the frustration of dealing with the other person and the custody order has not been followed.

PA - At least 12.. the chances of being heard getting better each year. Unless the child is deemed to be to immiture to understand the decision or questions a judge would ask.
