Indiana, Ex-husband sustained an "at work" injury. He was disqualified by an expert to continue his present job ( he is also an active member of Teamsters local 414)due to the injury. The company states he has reached his maxium disability allowance and fired him. He has in 29 years on the job. There were no benefits and now no insurance coverage. Is this legal?
