A friend was convicted on the charge of: Attempt to possession with intent to Distribute Cocaine (Statute 21:841(A)(1) & 21:846). He had no drugs on his person when he was busted. He lives in Phila., PA. As far as I know, they arrested him on the basis of numerous phone calls and conversations with a supposedly good friend of his. He was on parole for dealing drugs in the past. Any information, references, or advice would be appreciated.
