A school administrator ordered all of her teachers in December, 2005, to give
passing grades to numerous students that the teachers had never met. Is the statute of limitations expired in this case?
In this same school, false attendance reports were submitted to the Texas Education Agency as recently as June of 2007. Is it to late for action to be taken with this?
In this same school, no special education services were given to students until March, 2008. Again, it it too late?
Between 2003-2008, dozens of students were placed into classes that they had either already passed, or into classes that they had no business being in
