i pulled into an exxon station. it appeared closed to me. i went thru it and pulled onto another street. the owner who was in his vehicle i assume follows me thru the town. he proceeds to block in my vehicle, yell at me and harrass me.
today i get a call from a police officer (who i think is personally involved with this man). he questioned me. and when i told him what happened he basically said it didn't happen that way. i asked him if he was there. he said no.
he then calls this psycho exxon man and then calls me back and says u r going to municipal court. u will receive a summons. he said exxon man is pressing charges on me. i would like to make a motion to dismiss this case based on (i don't know the legal term) the ludicrous claim this man has made against me. i also would like to file a restraining order against him as he seems a bit not right to me. can someone tell me what grounds i can ask this to be dismissed? this is small southern baptist town. lol!
they're all related. now if this judge rules against me. do i get a traffic ticket. do i pay this psycho man for pulling up to get gas and not getting it? HELP!
