What is the name of your state? wa

okay here is the situation....i need your guys opinion. I went to file contempt on my ex wife for not letting me have my kids on my visitation. Of course i had to get some papers signed by the commissioner before i had her served. Anyways, i told the commisioner i had an attorney and she started giving me a bad time asking me who my attny was and why he wasnt filing these papers for me. My attny never mentioned that he was suppose to file them and thats what i told her, then she took my papers and put them aside and told me to get my attny in here to do this.
Now my question is---is this the procedure? When you have an attny is he the one that is suppose to file the contempt papers?

If you have an attorney of record, then yes, its your attorney that is supposed to do that.....UNLESS you officially terminate your attorney and provide the court with that information.

Is this visitation the one where you signed papers and then took the kids returning them at 6pm when your visitation was supposed to start even though you could have kept them for the duration of your court ordered visitation?
And now you are saying you have an attorney?
Oh good grief.
Would someone eat some really good chocolate for me PLEASE?

Milk chocolate or dark chocolate? How about a chocolate creme brulee? or mousse? chocolate lava cake? double chocolate brownies? I've been on a cooking binge this week for some reason.

I love really good dark chocolate but won't be picky. Just say the person indulging thinks it tastes good?
