I am now in a divorce and am having problems with my attorney leaking information to my wives attorney without my consent. I have asked my attorney verbally and in writing to refrain from disclosing information given to him in confidence in our private meetings to my wife or her attorney but to no avail. Within a couple of hours after our meetings my wife calls and tells me she has just heard from her attorney and has been told that I have told my attorney thus and thus. The information my attorney is sharing with my wives attorney is very important to me in defending my case. I live in Texas and have already paid my attorney for his services, I don't have enough money to go out and hire another attorney and pay him too.
What to do?
