What does this exactly mean in simple terms??
It is expressly understood and agreed that no promise, inducement or agreement for the settlement of the Litigation not contained herein has been made, and that this release contains the entire release and settlement agreement between Defendants and Plaintiffs, and that no other release and settlement agreement, statement or promise, oral or written, concerning the Litigation which is not contained herein shall be valid or binding on the parties hereto.

Generally, a statement such as that, in most US locations, might be used to convey the idea that the document contains the entire agreement, and no other agreements of any kind made outside of the document shall be considered valid. However, you should have the entire document reviewed by YOUR attorney in YOUR state, as a review of this type is beyond the scope of this, or any, internet forum.
