What is the name of your state? New York.

I won an auction on yahoo auctions. I paid by credit card but still expected fraud for several reasons. After the item did not ship on time I complained. I exchanged e-mails with the seller that have gotten nasty. The seller now refuses to sell the item and has claimed to issue me a refund. I found that this is a company. My question is: Since the auction claims that it is a contract for the sale of the item, can I force this company to sell me the item at that price? How legal is that contract? What court would this apply to and how do I get this started if I decide to pursue. Thanks.
