Auction Site Buying

I bought a few items from an auction seller on the internet and I sent him a good amount of money order and he has not sent the items as promised. He said he would send it overnight shipping if I did, as I did. Now he responds to my emails very sarcastically rude. Is there some kind of law that will let me get a refund of my money?

write a letter and sign and send return receipt. if he doesnt pay you, then if that doesnt work, you sue
