What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Texas

Howdy, This forum seems too good to be true. I have been searching for the past several weeks for the actual law that states a CRA has to remove derogatory information regarding an account that you were an authourized user on. I have poured over all of the FTC stuff and have drawn a blank. I have searched here and found a lot of related stuff (which has been GOLD), but I still can't find the law. I would like to write a letter to the effect of "take this off, this law says you have to". I have a written statement form the original issuer of the card. The other two CRAs have removed this from my reports already. I think I may have to play hardball with the third. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
