I was involved in an auto accident in Wisconsin. I went into ditch after missing a deer. Left the scene to get someone to come and get my car because it had two flat tires. When I returned my car was towed away and is now impounded. I have made several calls to the police with no response. What are my rights. Is this legal, my car has been there for two days. The authorities have not returned my phone calls.
