What is a starting point to neg. for pain and suffering? I was rear ended in an auto accident. I have been suffering from whip lash, What is a fair settelment to take from insurance for pain and suffering?

you are looking at things assssss backwards...

The question is why do you belive YOU deserve any money.

YOU have to prove you lost money, the pain has affected your life in substansial ways, that you cannot do the things you would normally do, you cant do the same job you did before....

For example: You were rear ended by a drunk driver and all your fingers were broken and pins needed to be put in permenantly, and you were an aspiring concert pianist would get LOTS of $$$$$

YOU have to prove the amount.
