What is the name of your state? OH
My 17 year old son was driving a vehicle that was rear-ended by another vehicle. He was injured in the accident. I am in negotiations now with that driver's insurance adjuster. So right now I'm making copies of all medical bills, etc, and getting things in order.
So here's my question. As a result of my son's injuries, he has been unable to continue caring for his grandmother's lawn as he has done for the last several years. Although it is not a typical employment, my son does rely on this for his expenses. Would this count as lost wages? Grandma has kept records (cash receipts) of paying another kid to do the job. What is the name of your state?
