i'm 39 & was rear ended and my car totalled. i was totally stopped and hit by car going approx. 35-45mph. i received a concussion, herniated disc in neck and lots of pain & therapy for six months. i did not run up my medical because I couldn't take off work & risk loosing my job. therapy only helped temporarily. So I take muscle relaxers and pain medication as needed. Now a year later insurance company wants to settle. my lost wages and medical expenses were approx. $8,500. was offered $12,000. i can't do the things I used to but they say i only received "soft tissue damage". is this a reasonable offer. what is reasonable. Thanks.
