arizona: i was in an accident back in february, when a car rearended my rodeo. his insurance paid to fix my truck, and now they are urging me to settle the claim. my question is--how much do i settle for? i have been told that 3 times the total of medical and time missed from work. however, i lost a lot of sick time due to dr appts and pt. plus, the injury to my neck will never totally go away, and will possibly cause me to miss work in the future. how do i figure out an amount?
