A parking attendant in Chicago Il parked my car. When I got out of work, there was a dent in my door. They said that another customer must of hit my car. If so are they responisible for the damage on my car?

Regardless of what the law says or the contract you entered into when agreeing to park there provides -- that's in the tiny small print on the back of the ticket, that sometimes is valid but usually is not -- you'll have to take them to Small Claims court. Or have your collision coverage pay for all but the deductible. That's the way it is.
