What is the name of your state? Ca
On Oct. 26, 2006 I was in a car accident, the other driver ran a red light, hit me and another car, the police claimed her being at fault. I did not go to hospital at the time of the accident but I went to my personal doctor the next day for back and neck pain. Took x-rays at the hospital but everything was fine, my back and neck are still soar at times and I am still taking muscle relaxers. My car had about $4500 in damages. I don't know how I should pursue the other insurance as for reimbursement of my deductible, medical expenses, etc.

You just submit the bills to the adjuster at the same time that he looks over your vehicle. Give him copies of the bills.
