Need help, my car insurance company messed up my small claims case, when they let me file a subrogation to have my car fixed but still take the person that hit me to small claims court. They said to give them the verdict of my case and thenthey will go after the other persons insurance. but at the trial the judge said because i fixed my car i have no case and that the other person was at fault of the accident. can i be compensated for anything, i am the innocent one here.

On the surface, it sounds like a couple of things went wrong here.... and since you didn't follow the rules of this forum (WHERE ARE YOU??? See the red text at the top of the screen), you are going to get generic answers.

1) Why did you not have insurance provided representation in court??
2) Why did you do the repairs yourself, if you were trying to recover for damages?
3) If the court found the other driver at fault, why were you not awarded at least SOME damages (for parts, etc.)??

At this point, it sounds like the only recovery you can make would be from your own insurance....
