Help! Head on collision

I live in S.C. and was recently in a head on collision due to no fault of my own. I have been filing most of my medical expenses on my health insurance from work. My question is, Do I have to reimburse the health insurance company when I receive my settlement?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

If that provision is in the main contract, and in your policy manual, then yes. It's called third-party reimbursement.

However, there may be "discounts" applicable by law to your situation. Talk to an attorney.
