i was involved in an automobile accident in which an 89 year old man ran a stop sign and i hit him.i was taken to the emergency room with back and neck pain and pain in my left forearm.i was told i had whiplash and sent home.the next day i experienced pain and numbness in my fingers and wrists which i never had before. upon testing with a neurologist this has turned out to be bi lateral carpal tunnel syndrom which requires surgery i also have to bulging disk and nerve irritation in my neck which doesnt require surgery. do i have a personal injury case and if so how strong is it. i live in ny state
