Auto after bankruptsy

What is the name of your state? Minnesota. I am considering filing chap.7 I have an auto that is almost paid off. (I owe 5,000 but the interest is paid) The car is probably worth that much. Do I have to list this car or can I continue paying on it? Any other info is appreciated.

You have to list ALL debts, period. You can usually keep paying it and keep it, sometimes without reaffirming. Some states require reaffirmations, some do not.
