I have a 20 yr. old son in college. He is currently on our policy with the highest limits. What's to prevent me from getting him his own policy with only the minimum California limits? Would we still be liable since he is still a dependant on our tax return? It would save us a lot of money. He has no assets to lose.
Thanks for any responses!
