I was involved in a minor accident while in Kansas and now the insurance of the person who hit me is not willing to pay for factory parts on my vehichle. Do I have any recourse?

Sue the bad person. (Not the insurance company)

Don't waste your time. If your vehicle is not from the current model year, the other party has no obligation to provide OEM parts when aftermarket or recycled parts are available and appropriate.
