Who would be liable in the event of an accident when the second listed owner of vehicle is the principle owner and only driver and has let the insurance expire. First owner is on title only because second could not buy vehicle without the first signature. The principle owner has no money or anything of value - no job at present time. Driver of vehicle still lives at home although of adult age. We live in Florida.
