It's been three weeks now that I've had this newly leased vehicle. This is the second mistake the dealer made and called me to come back, the first time I had to sign the credit app.
Now, they claim the mileage overage charge was written in as .15 / mile but needs to be changed to .20 / mile. Obviously it's in my best interest to keep it at .15 / mile.

1) Do they have any recourse if I refuse to come back in and approve / initial the change?
2) Surely if I refuse they probably won't want to deal with me in the future, should I care?

Any thoughts / opinions / advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

I would say that they will need to honor your lease at 15¢/mi unless you agree to a different amount.

If you want to keep the 15 cents per mile overage, you can hold them to the signed agreement.

thank you sir, I surmised that would be the case. I was really annoyed that they want me to spend my time going back there
due to a mistake they made, looks like they'll have to deal with it - such its life...
