I had my 2011 Ford F-350 in for repairs at a shop for a water pump and they didn’t fix the truck right. they had an air bubble in the heating system and the head went bad because of a bad mechanic. The shop was told to take down the motor to the heads but they pulled the whole motor without written consent.
