Auto vs Health Ins. Claim

i live in Texas. my husband was injured in an automobile accident & the other driver was at fault. the other driver had medical coverage but we filed on our personal health insurance because the faulted drivers ins. was slow to pay. do we have to repay our ins. co. with our settlement?

You should call your insurance and let them know the other insurance information. They can work out the claims to get reimbursed.
