What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca

In ca is there a such thing as an automatic child support review or does it have to requested by either the father or mother?

If the state isn't involved, then it would not be reviewed automatically. If the state is involved (such as repayment of prior welfare benefits), then I don't know if they review it periodically.

Yes the state is involved..I'm paying back welfare that my ex started..its weird though in the 12 years that I've been paying this is the 1st automatic review
