My husband's child from his first marriage died unpectedly at the age of four. He was taken to a nearby city for an autopsy on the same day he died. We heard that the autopsy was completed on Friday April 13th, but that it was only being released to the mother and grandmother. (My husband and his ex do not speak at all!) Is there any way that he can get access to the autopsy report? How would he go about getting it? Technically, wouldn't he have a right to it being that he is the father? Pennsylvania
