The first reply was in fact right. The subpoena has to be served on you. Some jurisdiction allow serving on your employees, representatives, spouse or other person who acknowledges being in contact with you.
So to avoid the subpoena, you must avoid giving the server the opportunity of finding you.
Move away, use a POBox for your correspondence. Use an alias for your utilities, don't register to vote. Don't use your real name in the Internet or anywhere else. Get your driver license in another state. Be creative and have good luck
