Awarded a judgement for child support arrears

Minnesota - I was awarded a judgment against my ex-husband for child support arrears. In 22 years he has never paid or held accountable. Somehow a judgement against him, with him listed as the debtor and me listed as the creditor was issued. How do I get that to a bank for potential garnishment of checking account?
