I went awol in 2006. Shortly after went to prison in 2007 in Texas prison. I was released in 2013. My family said I received paperwork while being locked up that I was discharged. I had 5k worth of debt to dfas. I have filed my tax returns and paid off the debt. I still can’t get a copy of dd214. I want to get this resolved. If it hasn’t been anyone have any info? A phone number or contact info? I was awol from ft Stewart

Certainly, people get discharged all the time without actually being "present." It happens in all sorts of conditions (even entirely honorable ones).
