AZ - Assault at neighbors apartment - can I break lease for being unsafe?

Next door there was a girl that was tied up and assaulted. This was in the next apartment from me. I have a lease until July but would like to move now. What are the legalities of me breaking my lease for unsafe, violent, environment?

First was it a bad drug deal, or is she a prostitue, or a have a violent boyfriend?

Was there any other incidences in the area, vandalism, car boken into, you have to have some proof of this, was it a break-in? Is the front door not secure?
