AZ: Recently robbed by juvenile. Can I sue his parents for loss? He is being tried as an adult. Does his parents' home-owners insurance cover this? If so, does home-owners insurance cover per crime? Or a one-time coverage? This juvenile has 13 previous offenses to date.
