What is the name of your state? AZ

Hi. I am a landlord that had a tenant move out early from there lease. They still have 6 months to go and completely just took up and left. They owe me for last months rent still and I have found damages to the property beyond their security deposit. How do I proceed next to take them to court? Can someone that has been through something like this before give me advice. I do not know their new address only their last location they lived at before this.

Thanks

Check out your local laws...take the lease, their application and report them to a credit bureau ASAP!!!

do a google for a local credit bureau that will work with you.
