What is the name of your state? VA
Thanks for reading this...
Well I have thought it through and am going to take my case (see "false extension ended in OTH") to the BCNR.

I consulted a lawyer and he wants $3500 before he will even talk to me...
 Would a lawyer do anything more than fill out this form and send it in for me?
 How much history or personal info should I go into, or should it just be straight and to the point? (I dont think it really helps to plead what a good person I really am etc)...?
 Has ANYONE here ever gone through/ been affiliated with/ know about the BCNR, i.e. what not to say, what not to forget to include. I mean besides the basics of filling out the form and stating the facts.
 Should I be humble, demanding, or indifferent in tone?

Thank you for your time, please reply even if it's just opinion, ANY and ALL comments are welcome... thanks!

Pay the lawyer! He will include admissible evidence in your packet that you are unlikely to include for yourself.
