There is a mother who hads four children. She did not want the last one (who is now 6 mos.), but the father kept saying he would take care of it. She was going to give the baby to me and my husband, but hte father said he wanted it. Now, of course, the father dosen't do anything for the baby and the mother is growing weary every day. I want to take the baby so I know that nothing bad will happen to her. The mother is already in DHS in Philadelphia, and one of her children lives with his grandmother. Is there anything that I can do for the mother and the child, even though we are not related?
