was wondering if there is a time frame in which a blood test that was given
is to be tested? i have been asking for my blood test results for about a month and a half now..they havent even been processed? seems kinda strange to me. i am going to be be below the limit anyways but still, just wondering if there is a way to get them thrown out if it takes too long to get the blood tested...thanks

You didn't say what crime you are alleged to have committed, but assuming that it is a misdemeanor, the government probably has a year to file charges against you.
