What is the name of your state? Live in Idaho Divorce in Illinois
When a child turns 18 years of age, or graduates from high school, do I still have to pay for back child support?

There is order for child support but it seems the goverment is taking out for back and every two weeks it goes up. I don't know when are the maxing out on that. So far I have not received any paperwork from them as to increase except they have divorce decree and thats all.

What is the amount of arrears?

What is the interest rate allowed in your state??

How much are you paying??

The answers to those questions will most likely explain why the balance keeps going up.

I'm not sure what the back support balance is
support should be at $378/month but I pay about $509 and every other week goes by about $50. And my concern is I do not get any paperwork from them as to where they will cap off or even informing me...I guess that our government:D
