Help with who I go after
I worked for a CAR WASH business under an LLC and sued for back pay overtime pay etc and won my case.i began my suit in early 2016. In August 2016 New owners took over. In November they laid us off.Im Mar 2017 I was awarded 22k in damages against the LLC which is now a different entity. Mobile gas is there now and car wash changed names and owners. Did the new owners inherit this claim when they bought the business? How do I find out
