texas i was sued for back taxes that i tried to object to no avail. I sent registered letter to court and atty asked for a jury trial. in courtroom the judge told us he would be back at 10:30 to begin. he went in thenext room with the opposing atty. and the atty came out later and said it was done.i went in the room and asked when the trial would begin the judge said they didn't hve jury trials and didn't that atty tell me that it was over. lady at the tax office said it was law nothing could be done. didn't they violate my right to have my say incourt?
